Build a Career in Hardscape Construction

Landscaping Career Opportunities in Mono, Ontario

Who We Are

MK Landscaping & Design is a hardscape construction company based in Mono, Ontario. Patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and full landscape builds — all done for homeowners across Dufferin and Simcoe counties.

Every project is handled by an in-house crew, with no subcontracting and no handoffs between teams. Mason and Graeme lead every build directly, which means the people setting the standard are the same people you work alongside every day. TechoPro and CMHA certified — that standard applies on every site, not just the high-profile ones.

Operating since 2020, MK has built a reputation for clean work, honest communication, and projects that hold up through Ontario winters. The crew is small enough that your contribution gets noticed — and large enough that there’s always something meaningful to build.

Built for People Who Build Things

01

Real Field Work

Full construction projects from excavation to finish — not maintenance rounds or small repairs. The work is hands-on, varied, and produces results you can stand next to at the end of every day.
02

Direct Leadership

You report to Mason or Graeme, not a supervisor chain. If something is unclear, the answer comes from the person who designed the job — decisions get made on site, not in an office.
03

Skills That Transfer

Hardscape construction is a trade with real career depth. The certifications, techniques, and site experience you build here are recognized industry-wide and open doors beyond this role.
04

A Crew That Respects You

The team stays small because it keeps the standard high. Every person on site is expected to do quality work, and that expectation goes both ways — you get treated the same way you’re asked to treat the job.
